Warren Buffett Wired At Birth To Allocate Capital?

Quote of the Day "There are many things that will catch my eye, but there are only a very few that catch my heart... It is those I consider to pursue."

Check this out....

Article from Fortune magazine/Issue No 19 - What it takes to be Great

Bershire Hathaway

If you cannot see clearly, the picture of the child making a swing at the golf course, he is none other than Tiger Wood himslef.

The argument in this story is "Is Natural Talent The Only Way To Success?" If the answer is YES, then i am afraid we can do nothing about it to change the situation.

But....

The author revealed that we can achieve greatness only through an enormous amount of hard work over many years... with lot and lot of discipline practising their trade.

It is indeed true. Tiger Wood practices hundred of swings each day since young. Warren Buffett reads and dissect almost all the America's Companies financial statement, even to this day.

Another But....

Why do they think that their success and gifts come naturally.

The answer is obvious and simple. They enjoy what they do. If you have a passion for something, you will work very hard at it without even realizing it....

The lesson to learn from this story is "Find your passion, work on it and success will come"

However here is an interesting twist....

Practice does not make perfect as may have know. Practice make Permanent!!! If you practice right technique or strategy consistently , it will yield positive habit. However, if you practice bad technique or strategy consistently, you will end up with negative habit.

For example, if you practice good golf swings consistently, you will end up with good swinging habits. And if you practice poor golf swings consistently, you will then end up with bad swinging habits.

I wish everyone success!!!
